Due to the closure of the construction training sector of our college, construction trainers who have not been assigned should continue to work in their current positions/temporary assignments as before, the college's Institutional Development and Administration Affairs Deputy Dean Ato Wondu Lemesa said.
Ato Wondu also said that there will be no reduction or dismissal from work and that they should continue to work steadily.
Ato Dagnachew Assefa, the director of the college's Human Resources Directorate, said that you are an employee of the college without any thought or hesitation until you are assigned to a position. He said that it is necessary to maintain the classification.
