Ato Haymanot Abu, the college’s work relationship coordinator, presented the idea of the discussion under the title /Organization Behavior/.
According to Ato Haymanot in his article, the main objective of the training was to provide new trainers with extensive training on the characteristics found in an institution, namely individual, group, and institutional structure.
Furthermore, the college’s chief dean, Ato Tesfaye Admasu, said that the main objective of the reform is to connect work and employees, and it is important to know that it has no other purpose. The Dean added that we need to create an institution that can resemble Ethiopia, which is characterized by national unity, and that it is to create a capable, creative, innovative problem-solving citizen.
Ato Wondu, the Dean of the Institute for Development and Administration, said that we must focus on the work of the Institute and work together in good discipline to maintain the height of the institution.
